芨芍愈疡汤联合奥美拉唑注射液治疗慢性胃溃疡随机平行对照研究

Ji Shao Yu Chang Soup Combined Omeprazole Injection Treatment of Chronic Gastric Ulcer Random Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察芨芍愈疡汤联合奥美拉唑注射液治疗慢性胃溃疡疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将90例住院患者按掷骰子法随机分为两组。对照组45例奥美拉唑注射液,40mg溶于100mL的0.9%氯化钠注射液或0.5%葡萄糖注射液,1次/d,静滴。治疗组45例芨芍愈疡汤(木香、甘草、乌梅肉各10g,白及、白芍、黄芪各15g),1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈17例,显效19例,有效8例,无效1例,总有效率97.78%。对照组治愈10例,显效17例,有效12例,无效6例,总有效率88.89%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]芨芍愈疡汤联合奥美拉唑注射液治疗慢性胃溃疡效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe Ji Que the preventive soup combined omeprazole injection treatment of chronic gastric ulcer.[Methods]Using random parallel control method,90 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to roll the dice method. The control group 45 cases of omeprazole injection,40 mg dissolved in 100 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride injection or 0.5% glucose injection,once a/d, static drops. Treatment group 45 cases Ji Que the preventive decoction(Muxiang,Gancao,Wumeirou every 10g,Baiji,Baishao,Huangqi each 15g),1/d,boiling water 200 ml,oral sooner or later. Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 28d of 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 2(56d)course and judge curative effect.[Results] The treatment group cure of 17 cases,19 cases were markedly effective,effective 8 cases,1 had no effect, total effective rate was 97.78%. The control group,10 cases were cured,17 cases had marked effect,12 cases effective,6 no effect,the total effective rate was 88.89%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Ji Que the preventive soup combined omeprazole injection treatment of chronic gastric ulcer effect is remarkable,is worth promoting.
