桂枝茯苓丸联合西药治疗早期子宫肌瘤随机平行对照研究

Bolus of Cassia Twig Tuckahoe Combined Western Medicine Treatment of Uterine Fibroids Early Random Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察桂枝茯苓丸联合西药治疗早期子宫肌瘤疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例住院患者按抽签法随机分为两组。对照组50例活血止痛、激素治疗机及抗肿瘤及等治疗。治疗组50例桂枝茯苓丸浓缩水丸,1.32g/粒,2次/d。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、妇科B超、肿瘤标志物、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈35例,显效8例,有效6例,无效1例,总有效率98.00%。对照组痊愈23例,显效14例,有效8例,无效5例,总有效率90.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。妇科B超治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。肿瘤标志物治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]桂枝茯苓丸联合西药治疗早期子宫肌瘤效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the bolus of cassia twig tuckahoe combined western medicine treatment of uterine fibroids early curative effect.[Methods]Using random parallel control method,100 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the draw method. The control group of 50 cases of huoxue pain,such as hormone therapy apparatus and antitumor and treatment. Treatment group(50 cases of cassia twig tuckahoe pills condensed water pills,1.32 g/grain,2 times/d. Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 30 d for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, gynecological B ultrasonic,tumor markers,adverse reactions. Treatment as a course,judge curative effect.[Results] The treatment group 35 cases cured,8 cases were markedly effective,6 cases effective,1 had no effect,the total effective rate was 98.00%. Control group cure 23 cases,14 cases were markedly effective,8 cases effectively,invalid in 5 cases,total effective rate was 90.00%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P <0.05).Gynecological B ultrasonic treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P<0.05). Tumor markers treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P<0.05). Bolus of cassia twig tuckahoe combined western medicine therapy.[Conclusion]Early uterine fibroids effect is remarkable,is worth promoting.
