六味地黄丸联合缬沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病随机平行对照研究

Liuwei Dihuang Pill Combined Valsartan Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy Random Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察六味地黄丸联合缬沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将63例门诊及住院患者按抛硬币法随机分为两组。两组均给予低盐、低脂、优质低蛋白饮食,并严格控制血压、血糖在正常范围内,适当利尿消肿及一般对症支持处理,维持水电解质与酸碱平衡。对照组30例缬沙坦分散片,80mg/次,1次/d。治疗组33例六味地黄丸,6g/次,2次/d。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、尿蛋白指标[尿蛋白排泄率(UAER)、尿微量白蛋白(ALB)、β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)]、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效13例,有效16例,无效4例,总有效率87.88%。对照组显效6例,有效13例,无效11例,总有效率63.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。尿蛋白指标两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]六味地黄丸联合缬沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the liuwei dihuang pill combined valsartan treatment the curative effect of diabetic nephropathy.[Methods]Using random parallel control method,63 cases of outpatient and hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to flip a coin method. In the two groups were given low salt,low fat,low protein diet quality,and strict control of blood pressure,blood glucose within the normal range,appropriate diuresis detumescence and general symptomatic support treatment,to maintain water electrolyte and acid-base balance. The control group 30 cases of valsartan dispersible tablets,80 mg/ times,1/d. Treatment group(33 cases of liuwei dihuang pill,6g/times,2 times/d. Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 28 d of 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, urine protein index[urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER)and urine trace albumin(propagated),beta 2 microglobulin(beta 2-MG)],adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 2course and judge curative effect. [Results]The treatment group 13 cases were markedly effective,effective in 16 cases,4 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 87.88%. 13 cases of control group in 6 cases were markedly effective,effective, invalid in 11 cases,total effective rate was 63.33%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P<0.05). Urine protein indicators in the two groups were improved(P<0.01),the treatment group is better than that of control group(P<0.01). Liuwei dihuang pill combined valsartan.[Conclusion] The treatment of diabetes nephropathy effect is remarkable,is worth promoting.
