摘要
[目的]观察痰热清注射液联合西药治疗痰热型脑血管疾病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组60例西医常规脑血管疾病治疗,降颅压、扩血管。治疗组60例痰热清注射液,20mL+0.9%氯化钠或5%葡萄糖注射液250mL,1次/d,静滴。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、症状积分(体温、脉搏、呼吸、血压)、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效39例,有效16例,无效5例,总有效率91.67%。对照组显效31例,有效15例,无效14例,总有效率71.67%。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。临床症状积分均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]痰热清注射液联合西药治疗痰热型脑血管疾病效果显著,值得推广。
[Objective]To observe the phlegm hot clear type injection combined western medicine treatment of phlegm heat cerebrovascular disease curative effect.[Methods]Using random parallel control method,60 cases of hospitalized patients into two groups according to random number table method. The control group of 60 patients with western medicine routine cerebrovascular disease treatment,drug therapy for reducing brain edema,expand blood vessels. Treatment group of 60 cases of phlegm heat injection,20 ml+0.9% sodium chloride or 5% glucose injection to 250 ml,1/d,static drops. Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 10d to 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and symptom integral(temperature,pulse,respiration,blood pressure),adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 2 course and judge curative effect.[Results]The treatment group 39 cases were markedly effective,effective in 16 cases,invalid in 5 cases,total effective rate was 91.67%. Control group 31 cases were markedly effective,effective 15 cases, 14 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 71.67%. The clinical efficacy of the treatment group is better than that of control group(P<0.05). Clinical symptoms integral are improved(P<0.05),the treatment group improved better than that of control group(P<0.05). Phlegm heat injection combined western medicine therapy[.Conclusion]Phlegm heat type of cerebrovascular disease effect is remarkable,is worth promoting.
