饮食情志护理联合辨证分型治疗溃疡性结肠炎随机平行对照研究

Diet of Modern Nursing of Joint Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis Random Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察饮食情志护理联合辨证分型治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将134例住院患者按掷骰子法随机分为两组。对照组66例辨证分型:气滞湿阻型,四逆散联合通泻方(柴胡、枳实、白术、白芍、陈皮、白及各10g,甘草、防风各6g);湿热蕴肠型,白头翁汤联合芍药汤(白头翁30g,芍药20g,黄连、黄柏、秦皮、大黄、当归各9g,槟榔、甘草各5g);脾肾阳虚型(,党参、补骨脂各15g,白术、茯苓各12g,五味子、吴茱萸各3g,山药30g,熟附子、黄柏炭各9g,厚朴、陈皮各10g,肉豆蔻、干姜、砂仁、甘草各6g)。均1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。治疗组68例饮食调养及情志护理(调整患者情志,调理饮食,强身健骨、补气养血)。辨证分型治疗同对照组。连续治疗3d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效45例,有效20例,无效3例,总有效率95.59%。对照组显效35例,有效22例,无效9例,总有效率86.36%。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]饮食情志护理联合辨证分型治疗溃疡性结肠炎效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the diet of modern nursing curative effect of combined therapy with syndrome differentiation type ulcerative colitis.[Methods]Using random parallel control method,134 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to roll the dice method. Control group of 66 cases,and wet resistance type,joint si-ni-san tong xie fang(Chaihu,Zhishi,Baizhu,Baishao, Chenpi each 10g,Gancao,Fangfeng 6g);Damp and hot accumulate intestinal type,joint peony decoction pulsatilla decoction(Baitouwong 30g,Shaoyao20g,Huanglian,Huangbai,Qinpi,Dahuang,Danggui each 9g,Binglang,Gancao 5g). Spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type,Dangshen,Buguzhi each 15g,Baizhu, Fuling 12g,Wuweizi,Wuzhuyu each 3g,Shanyao 30g,Shufuzi,Huangbaitan 9g,Houpu,Chenpi each 10g, Roudoukou,Ganjiang,Sharen,Gancao each 6g). Treatment group,68 cases of diet nursing and modern nursing(adjust patients of modern,regulate diet,strengthen JianGu,tonifying qi and blood). Syndrome differentiation treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 3 d to 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 2 period of treatment,to determine efficacy. [Results]The treatment group 45 cases were markedly effective,effective 20 cases,3 had no effect,the total effective rate was 95.59%. Control group 35 cases were markedly effective,effective 22 cases,9 no effect,the total effective rate was 86.36%. The clinical efficacy of the treatment group is better than that of control group(P <0.05).[Conclusion]The diet of modern nursing of joint treatment of ulcerative colitis effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
