B超声像与子宫肌瘤中医证型系统综述

B Ultrasound as Uterine Fibroids TCM Syndrome Type System were Reviewed

[目的]研究在诊断子宫肌瘤时B超声像和中医证型间所存在相关性。[资料来源]选取南通市通州区城区社区卫生服务中心2010年3月至2012年3月住院及门诊患者112例。[选择文献量及依据]在南通市通州区城区社区卫生服务中心选择住院及门诊患者112例;方案获得南通市通州区城区社区卫生服务中心伦理委员会批准并全过程跟踪。[数据提炼规则及应用方法]采用SPSS17.0统计,计量资料采用均值±标准差(sx±)表示,组间比较用单因素方差分析和t检验,计数资料采用χ2检验。[数据综合得出结果与结论]子宫肌瘤B超声像图回声强弱上分为肝郁脾虚,阴虚火旺,气滞血瘀,痰湿血瘀四型,与中医辨证分型相结合,四种分型里多发与单发间无显著差异(P>0.05);子宫肌瘤在子宫壁上的分布情况无显著差异(P>0.05);中医证型、回声强弱临床特征与辨证分型相关性有显著性差异(P<0.05)。[未来展望]子宫肌瘤的B超声像图分型与中医证型有对应关系,提供了客观化依据,并对辨证分型及治疗有指导意义。

[Data Comprehensive Results and Conclusions] Uterine fibroids B ultrasonic like figure divided into the change on the echo intensity, Yin fire, qi and blood stasis and phlegm wet blood stasis iv, combined with a type of traditional Chinese medicine, four points between multiple and single in type had no significant difference(P>0.05); The distribution of uterine fibroids in the uterus wall there was no significant difference(P>0.05); TCM syndrome types, echo intensity on the correlation of clinical characteristics and the statistical significance(P<0.05).[Future] uterine fibroids B ultrasound images classification, the corresponding relationship between TCM syndrome types have provide the objective basis, and type of syndrome differentiation and treatment has a guiding significance.
