Characteristics of TCM Syndrome of Diabetic Nephropathy And Study the Syndrome Distribution Profile

[目的]探讨糖尿病肾病中医症候特点以及证型分布规律,为中医治疗相关病症提供借鉴。[方法]使用回顾性调查方法,以189例住院患者为观察对象,整理分析有关中医诊断信息,结合相关文献,探讨其中医证型。[结果]精神疲乏、肢体麻木、口咽干燥、舌暗症状较多;阴虚燥热、气虚、肾阳亏虚证型较多。[结论]糖尿病有阴虚燥热、气虚、肾阳亏虚三个证型,随着病情程度不同,中医证型呈递进关系,证型和病期、性别、年龄无关。

[Objective]To explore the characteristics of TCM symptoms and syndromes of diabetic nephropathy, treatment of related diseases and provide reference for traditional Chinese medicine. [Methods] The use of retrospective survey method, with the 189 patients as the object of observation, analysis of TCM diagnosis information, combined with the relevant literature, to explore the TCM syndrome type. [Results] TCM clinical mental fatigue, limb numbness, dry mouth and throat, tongue dark symptoms more; TCM syndrome type of yin deficiency, Qi deficiency, there are kidney yang deficiency. [Conclusion]The diabetes clinic of TCM into yin deficiency, Qi deficiency, kidney yang deficiency syndrome type three, with different severity, TCM type of syndrome and progressive relationship, stage of disease, gender, age.
