辨证分型联合莲子猪肚膳食治疗排卵功能障碍性不孕随机平行对照研究

A Randomized Controlled Study of Syndrome Differentiation of TCM Therapy Combined with Lotus Seed Pork Stomach Dietary Treatment of Anovulatory Infertility

[目的]观察辨证分型联合莲子猪肚膳食治疗排卵功能障碍性不孕疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将70例门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组35例自例假第5d开始,克罗米芬,50mg/次,1次/d,口服。治疗组35例①辨证分型:a.肾阳肾虚型,补肾健脾益气方。b.痰湿型,燥湿化痰方。c.气血不足型,补益气血方。d.肾阴虚型,肾暖宫方。均1剂/d,水煎300mL,3次/d。②莲子猪肚膳食,1次/d。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床指标、排卵率与妊娠率、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。随访60d,观测复发率。[结果]临床指标及排卵率与妊娠率治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]辨证分型联合莲子猪肚膳食治疗排卵功能障碍性不孕效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the curative effect of medicine treatment combined with lotus seed pork stomach dietary treatment of anovulatory infertility. [Methods] Using randomized controlled methods, 70 patients were randomly divided into two groups. A control group of 35 cases, since the period 5d clomiphene citrate, 50mg/, 1 /d, oral. The syndrome differentiation of Chinese medicine treatment group in treatment of 35 cases of kidney yang deficiency of the kidney: A., Bushen Jianpi Yiqi recipe. The prescription is 1 agent /d, water simmer in water 300mL, 3 /d, oral. The lotus seed pork stomach diet, 1 /d, oral. Continuous treatment with 7d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical indicators, ovulation rate and pregnancy rate, adverse reaction. Continuous 3 courses of treatment, the curative effect. Follow up 60d, observing the recurrence rate. [Results] The clinical index and ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the treatment group was better than the control group(P< 0.05). [Conclusion] Medicine significant treatment combined with lotus seed pork stomach dietary treatment of anovulatory infertility effect, worthy of promotion.
