降肝隆联合拉米夫定、阿德福韦酯片治疗活动性肝炎肝硬化随机平行对照研究

Xiangganlong Combined with Lamivudine, Adefovir Dipivoxil Tablets Treatment of Active Hepatitis And Liver hard Random Parallel Controlled Study

[目的]观察降肝隆联合拉米夫定、阿德福韦酯片治疗活动性肝炎肝硬化疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例住院患者按抽签法分为两组。对照组50例甲软肝片,2.0g/次,3次/d,口服。大复方鳖黄蜇虫丸,3g/次,1~2次/d,口服。治疗组50例降肝隆(巴戟天15g,叶下珠、白术各12g,杏仁、鸡血藤各9g),1剂/3d,水煎250mL,3次/d,口服。抗菌,拉米夫定,100mg/次,1次/d,口服。阿德福韦酯片,10mg/次,1次/d,口服。HBV-DNA由阳性转阴后采用阿德福韦酯联合降肝隆持续治疗。连续治疗90d为1疗程。观测临床症状、转阴率与变异率、生化指标、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效30例,有效18例,无效2例,总有效率98.00%。对照组显效12例,有效20例,无效18例,总有效率64.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P【0.05)。转阴率与变异率、生化指标治疗组改善优于对照组(P【0.05)[结论]降肝隆联合拉米夫定、阿德福韦酯片治疗活动性肝炎肝硬化效果显著,值得推广。

In HBV-DNA by using positive negative after adefovir dipivoxil combined with Jiangganlong continued treatment. Continuous treatment with 90d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, negative rate and mutation rate, biochemical indexes, adverse reaction. Continuous 2 courses of treatment, the curative effect. [Results] The treatment group cured 0 cases, effective in 30 cases, effective 18 cases, invalid 2 cases, the total efficiency of 98%. The control group cured 0 cases, effective in 12 cases, effective 20 cases, invalid 18 cases, the total efficiency of 64%. The treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05). Negative rate and mutation rate, biochemical indexes of the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05) [Conclusion] Xiangganlong combined with lamivudine, Adefovir Dipivoxil Tablets in treatment of active hepatitis cirrhosis effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
