小柴胡汤辨证治疗耳鼻喉科疾病临床观察

Clinical Observation on 22 Cases of Minor Bupleurum Decoction Syndrome Differentiation And Treatment of Diseases in Department of ENT

[目的]观察小柴胡汤辨证治疗耳鼻喉科疾病疗效。[方法及结果]对22例门诊患者采用小柴胡汤治疗,1剂/d,水煎400mL,早晚温服。对6例耳眩晕采用小柴胡汤合半夏白术天麻汤,连续用药2剂眩晕即止,继续服用3~5剂,1剂/7d,痊愈,随访半年未见复发;对10例喉痹患者采用小柴胡汤加减,用药5d后痊愈;对6例鼻渊患者采用小柴胡汤加减,3例连服3剂症状得以缓解,予以鼻炎宁滴鼻剂滴鼻后,续用原方5剂后痊愈。[结论]小柴胡汤辨证治疗耳鼻喉科疾病效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the Minor Bupleurum Decoction Treatment of diseases in Department of ENT. [Methods and results]Of 22 outpatients withMinor Bupleurum Decoction, 1 doses of /d, water simmer in water 400mL, morning and evening clothes. In 6 cases with ear vertigo treated by Xiaochaihu Decoction banxiabaizhutianma decoction, 2 successive therapeutic agent vertigo namely stop, continue to take 3 ~ 5 agent, 1 agents /7d, recovery, half a year of follow-up no recurrence in 10 cases of pharyngitis patients; taking Xiaochaihu Decoction, drug after 5D in 6 cases of nasosinusitis patients were cured; taking Xiaochaihu Decoction, 3 cases take 3 agent to relieve symptoms of rhinitis, nasal drops nasal dropping, continued 5 agent with the primary healing. [Conclusion] Xiaochaihu Decoction Department of ENT disease effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
