针刺联合炒五倍子研粉外敷治疗腰腿疼病随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察针刺联合炒五倍子研粉外敷治疗腰腿疼病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院患者按抽签法分为三组。针刺组20例取穴(取阿是穴、肾俞、腰眼、委中等穴位)。针刺方法:在进行常规消毒后,以40mm不锈钢毫针刺入穴内0.5~1寸,实施平补平泻法,在得气后留针约20min,1次/d。炒五倍子研粉外敷组20例文火干炒五倍子至黄色,研粉,将粉末用醋调湿后放在药垫上,自制成长10cm、宽5cm的成块外敷药垫,每一药垫五倍子6g,贴在患处,可根据患者疼痛情况定量,15~20min/次,1次/d。研究组20例针刺治疗同针刺组。炒五倍子研粉外敷治疗同研粉外敷组。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。随访6~18个月,观测腰疼痛复发情况。[结果]针刺组痊愈8例,有效5例,无效7例,总有效率65.00%。炒五倍子研粉外敷组痊愈9例,有效5例,无效6例,总有效率70.00%。研究组痊愈14例,有效4例,无效2例,总有效率90.00%。研究组疗效优于针刺组及研粉外敷组(P【0.05)。[结论]针刺联合炒五倍子研粉外敷治疗腰腿疼病效果显著,值得推广。

Observation of clinical symptoms, adverse reaction. Continuous 3 courses of treatment, the curative effect. Patients were followed up for 6 ~ 18 months, the recurrence of lumbar pain observation. [Results]The acupuncture group of 8 cases were cured, 5 cases effective, 7 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 65%. Grinding treatment group 9 cases were cured, 5 cases effective, 6 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 70%. Study group 14 cases were cured, 4 cases effective, 2 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 90%. Study on effect of acupuncture group and the research group was better than that of treatment group(P< 0.05). [Conclusion]Acupuncture combined with powder external application in the treatment of low back and leg pain disease effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
