针灸治疗偏头痛32例临床观察

Clinical Observation of 32 Cases of Migraine Treated by Acupuncture

[目的]观察针灸治疗偏头痛疗效。[方法]对32例门诊患者使用普通针灸针辨证分型治疗,得气之后,再留针21min,留针期间扎针1~3次,然后起针,3~7次/穴,1次/d。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈25例,显效6例,无效1例,总有效率96.88%。[结论]针灸治疗偏头痛效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the curative effect of acupuncture treatment of migraine.
