针灸推拿非药物综合方案治疗神经根型颈椎病随机平行对照研究

Nerve Root Type Cervical Spondylosis Randomized Parallel Group Study Acupuncture and Massage Based Integrated Non-drug Regimen

[目的]观察针灸推拿非药物综合方案治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例住院及门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组50例物理疗法综合治疗。①坐位颌枕牵引20min;②采用韩氏神经刺激仪治疗20min;③TDP照射20min;④指导患者进行体育锻炼30min。治疗组40例针灸推拿非药物综合治疗。①坐位颌枕牵引20min;②电针刺激20min,同时加TDP照射;③推拿治疗20min;④指导患者进行导引练功30min。前5d,1次/d;5d后,隔日治疗1次,连续9次。两组均连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组临床痊愈21例,显效11例,有效16例,无效2例,愈显率66.00%。对照组临床痊愈8例,显效10例,有效30例,无效2例,愈显率36.00%。治疗组愈显率优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]针灸推拿非药物综合方案治疗神经根型颈椎病效果显著,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the acupuncture and massage comprehensive program based non-drug treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis. [Methods] Random parallel control method, 100 inpatients and outpatients were randomly divided into two groups. A control group of 50 patients using physical therapy based comprehensive treatment program. ①seat pillow jaw traction 20min; ②using HAN nerve stimulator therapy 20min; ③TDP irradiation 20min; ④ guiding patients physical exercise 30min. Treatment group, 40 cases were strictly to non-drug-based acupuncture and massage to develop a comprehensive scientific program regimen. ①seat pillow jaw traction 20min; ②electrical stimulation 20min, while TDP irradiation; ③massage therapy 20min; ④guide patients guided practice 30min. Before 5d, 1 times / d; 5d after treatment once every other day, for nine consecutive times. 10d continuous treatment in both groups as a course of treatment. Observing clinical symptoms of adverse reactions. 2 courses of continuous treatment, to determine efficacy. [Results] The clinical cure in 21 cases, 11 cases markedly effective in 16 cases, 2 cases, markedly effective rate of 66.00%. Clinical cure eight cases in the control group, 10 cases markedly effective in 30 cases, 2 cases, markedly effective rate of 36.00%. Markedly effective rate of the treatment group than the control group(P <0.01). [Conclusion] To acupuncture and massage based integrated non-drug regimen in the treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis effect is significant and should be introduced.
