[目的]观察全面综合护理联合常规护理皮肤疾病效果。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将288例住院患者按抽签法随机分为两组。对照组144例常规护理。护理组144例全面综合护理。连续护理90d为1疗程。观测临床症状、并发症、患者满意度、不良反应。护理1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]护理组治愈70例,显效40例,有效30例,无效4例,总有效率97.22%。对照组治愈50例,显效31例,有效32例,无效31例,总有效率78.47%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。并发症率护理组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。患者满意度护理组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]全面综合护理联合常规护理皮肤疾病效果显著,值得推广。

The control group cured 50 cases, effective in 31 cases, effective 32 cases, invalid 31 cases, the total efficiency of 78.47%. The treatment group was better than control group(P< 0.05). The complication rate of nursing group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P< 0.05). Patient satisfaction with nursing care group than in the control group(P< 0.05). [Conclusion]The comprehensive nursing combined with routine nursing skin disease effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
