血府逐瘀汤联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛(?瘀血阻滞?)随机平行对照研究

Randomized Parallel Controlled Study of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectoris (Yuxue Zuzhi/瘀血阻滞)

[目的]观察血府逐瘀汤联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛(瘀血阻滞)疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将102例门诊患者按就诊顺序号抽签随机分为两组。对照组51例卡托普利,12.5mg/次,3次/d,病情严重,50mg/次,3次/d;阿司匹林,100mg/次,1次/d;单硝酸异山梨酯,20mg/次,2次/d。治疗组51例血府逐瘀汤(桃仁12g,赤芍、川芎、枳壳、~川牛膝、红花各9g;党参、地黄~生、当归各12g,甘草~炙、柴胡各6g,桔梗5g),水煎400mL,2次/d,早晚温服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗2个月为1疗程。观测临床表现、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、不良反应。治疗1疗程(2个月),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效43例,有效6例,无效2例,总有效率96.08%;对照组显效22例,有效16例,无效13例,总有效率74.51%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。LDL、HDL、TC、TG两组均有改善(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。[结论]血府逐瘀汤联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛(瘀血阻滞),疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with western medicine on angina pectoris(Yuxue Zuzhi)of coronary heart disease. [Method] 102 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups by drawing lots according to the order of visiting. In the control group, 51 cases of captopril, 12.5 mg/time, 3 times/day, were in serious condition, 50 mg/time, 3 times/day;aspirin, 100 mg/time,1 time/day;isosorbide mononitrate, 20 mg/time, 2 times/day. 51 cases in the treatment group were treated with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction(Taoren 12 g, Chishao, Chuanxiong, Zhiqiao, Chuanniuxi, Honghua each 9 g, Dangshen,Shengdihuang, Danggui each 12 g, Zhigancao, Chaihu each 6 g, Jiegeng 5 g), decocted with water 400 mL,twice a day, warm in the morning and evening;western medicine was treated with the same control group.Continuous treatment for 2 months is a course of treatment. Clinical manifestations, low density lipoprotein(LDL), high density lipoprotein(HDL), total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), and adverse reactions were observed. One course of treatment(2 months) was used to determine the curative effect. [Result] 43 cases were markedly effective in the treatment group, 6 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 96.08%. 22 cases were markedly effective in the control group, 16 cases were effective and13 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 74.51%. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01). LDL, HDL, TC and TG were improved in both groups(P<0.05,P<0.01), and the improvement in treatment group was better than that in control group(P<0.05, P<0.01).[Conclusion] Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris(blood stasis block) has satisfactory curative effect and no serious adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion.
