补肾滋阴润肠方联合乳果糖治疗帕金森病便秘随机平行对照研究

Randomized Parallel Controlled Study of Bushen Ziyin Runchang Prescription and Lactofructose in the Treatment of Parkinson's Disease Constipation

[目的]观察补肾滋阴润肠方联合乳果糖治疗帕金森病便秘疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将110例门诊患者按就诊顺序号随机分两组。对照组55例乳果糖,15mL/次,2次/d。治疗组55例补肾滋阴润肠方(甘草、陈皮各6g;柏子仁、火麻仁、厚朴各10g;玄参、地黄~生、当归各12g;地黄~熟、~怀牛膝、肉苁蓉各15g。兼有痰热加瓜蒌仁、黄芩各10g;脘腹胀痛严重加木香6g,枳壳10g;兼有血虚加首乌制、白芍各15g;兼有气虚加白术~炒12g、黄芪15g;肾阴虚加山茱萸、枸杞各10g;肾阳虚加肉桂3g,锁阳15g),1剂/d,水煎100mL,早晚口服;乳果糖治疗同对照组。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床表现、便秘症状积分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈8例,显效25例,有效13例,无效9例,总有效率83.64%;对照组痊愈3例,显效18例,有效20例,无效18例,总有效率75.34%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。症状积分两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]补肾滋阴润肠方联合乳果糖治疗帕金森病便秘,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the curative effect of Bushen Ziyin Runchang Decoction and lactulose on constipation of Parkinson’s disease.[Method]110 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to the order number of visits by randomized parallel control method.Control group 55 cases of lactulose,15 mL/time,2 times/day.Fifty-five cases in the treatment group were treated with Bushen Ziyin Runchang Prescription(6 g for licorice and orange peel,10 g for cypress seed,10 g for hemp seed and 10 g for Magnolia officinalis),12 g for Radix scrophulariae,12 g for raw land and 12 g for Angelica sinensis,15 g for cooked land,Achyranthes bidentata and 15 g for Cistanche deserticola There are phlegm-heat plus 10 g of Fructus Trichosanthis and Scutellaria baicalensis,6 g of wood fragrance and 10 g of Fructus aurantii,15 g of blood deficiency plus Radix Polygoni multiflori and 15 g of Paeonia lactiflora,12 g of Atractylodes macrocephala and 15 g of Astragalus membranaceus,10 g of cornel and medlar respectively,and 3 g of cinnamon and 15 g of lock-yang respectively.One dose per day,decoct 100 mL in water,take orally sooner or later,and treat with lactulose as control group.Continuous treatment for 30 days is a course of treatment.The clinical manifestations,the score of constipation symptoms and adverse reactions were observed.One course of treatment to determine the efficacy.[Result]In the treatment group,8 cases were cured,25 cases were markedly effective,13 cases were effective,9 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 83.64%.In the control group,3 cases were cured,18 cases were markedly effective,20 cases were effective and 18 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 75.34%.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Symptom scores were improved in both groups(P<0.05),and the improvement in treatment group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Bushen Nourishing Yin Runchang Decoction and Lactofructose are effective in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease constipation,without serious adverse reactions,and are worthy of promotion.
