养生顺气汤保留灌肠降低腹腔高压疗效观察

Randomized Controlled Study on Reduction of Intraperitoneal Hypertension and Intraperitoneal Pressure by Enema of Health-Keeping Shunqi Decoction

[目的]观察养生顺气汤灌肠降低腹腔高压疗效。[方法]将94例住院患者按入院号随机分为两组。对照组47例生理盐水保留灌肠,剂量控制在150mL,适当加热后放置室温,2次/d。治疗组47例养生顺气汤灌肠,取温药液100~150mL灌肠,灌肠速度控制在10min左右,睡前治疗。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床表现、腹内压、肠内营养开始时间、APACHEⅡ评分、不良反应。治疗1疗程(14d),判定疗效。[结果]腹内压、APACHEⅡ评分两组均有改善(P <0. 01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P <0. 01)。治疗组肠内营养开始时间(7. 74±1. 29) d,对照组肠内营养开始时间(12. 26±3. 51) d。(P <0. 01)。[结论]养生顺气汤灌肠降低腹腔高压,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the effect of Health-Keeping Shunqi Decoction on reducing intraperitoneal hypertension and intra-abdominal pressure.[Methods]Ninety-four inpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to their admission numbers.In the control group,47 cases of normal saline retention enema were given a dose of 150 mL.After proper heating,the enema was placed at room temperature2 times/d.In the treatment group,47 cases were treated by enema with Health-Keeping Shunqi Decoctionbefore going to bed,100-150 mL warm solution and the enema speed was controlled at about 10 min.Continuous treatment for 14 d was one course of treatment.We observed clinical manifestation,intra-abdominal pressure,enteral nutrition start time,APACHEⅡscore,adverse reactions.After continuous treatment,the efficacy was determined.[Results]The intra-abdominal pressure and APACHEⅡscores of two groups were improved(P<0.01).The treatment group’s improvement was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).The starting time of enteral nutrition was(7.74±1.29)d in the treatment group and(12.26±3.51)d in the control group(P<0.01).[Conclusion]Enema with Health-Keeping Shunqi Decoction can reduce intraperitoneal hypertension and intra-abdominal pressure,with satisfactory curative effect and no serious adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion.
