越婢汤加减联合西药治疗慢性肾小球肾炎(风水)临床观察

Randomized Parallel Controlled Study on Treatment of Chronic Glomerulonephritis with Yuebi Decoction and Western Medicine

[目的]观察越婢汤加减联合西药治疗慢性肾小球肾炎(风水)疗效。[方法]将130例门诊患者按就诊顺序号随机分为两组。对照组65例卡托普利,12. 5mg/次,2~3次/d;双嘧达莫25~50mg/次,3次/d,饭前1h服用。治疗组65例越婢汤,2次/d,早晚温服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗8周为1疗程。观测临床表现、血肌酐(Scr)、肌酐清除率(Ccr)、血清尿素氮(BUN)、24h蛋白尿定量、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、胱抑素C(Cys C)、不良反应。治疗1疗程(8周),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组临床痊愈36例,显效16例,有效10例,无效3例,总有效率95. 38%;对照组显效临床痊愈29例,显效19例,有效9例,无效8例,总有效率87. 69%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P <0. 05)。Scr、Ccr、BUN、24h蛋白尿定量、hs-CRP、Cys C两组均有改善(P <0. 05,P <0. 01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P <0. 05,P <0. 01)。[结论]越婢汤加减联合西药治疗慢性肾小球肾炎(风水),疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the curative effect of Yuebi Decoction combined with western medicine on chronic glomerulonephritis.[Method]A total of 130 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of visiting.The control group’s 65 cases were treated with captopril,12.5 mg/time,2-3 times/day,dipyridamole 25-50 mg/time,3 times/day,1 hour before meals.In the treatment group,65 cases were treated Yuebi Decoction,twice a day,taking in the morning and evening and the western medicine treatment was the same as the control group.Continuous treatment for 8 weeks was a course of treatment.Clinical manifestations,Scr,Ccr,BUN,24-hour proteinuria quantification,hs-CRP,CysCand adverse reactions were observed.One course of treatment(8 weeks)was used to determine the curative effect.[Result]Thrity-six cases were cured in the treatment group,16 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 95.38%.Twenty-nine cases were markedly effective in the control group,19 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were effective and 8 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 87.69%.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Scr,Ccr,BUN,24 h proteinuria,hs-CRP and CysC were improved in both groups(P<0.05,P<0.01).The improvement in treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).[Conclusion]Yuebi Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis(Fengshui)has satisfactory curative effect and no serious adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion.
