摘要
[目的]探讨PBL教学法对护理本科生在针灸科临床护理教学中操作技能及患者满意度的影响。[方法]将2017年11月—2018年12月时期在我院针灸科实习的96名本科护生选为试验对象,使用随机数字表法分为实验组(PBL教学法组) 48例和对照组(传统带教法组) 48例。效果评价为操作技能考核成绩以及满意度评价。[结果]无论是在技能操作中还是对患者进行满意度问卷调查上,实验组学生都优胜于对照组的实习护生,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。[结论]PBL教学法在针灸科临床护理教学中的效果都要优胜于传统带教法,更有利于培养护生的综合的实践操技能和增强他们的思考能力,可以在临床上大幅度推广。
[Objective]To explore the effect of PBL teaching method on operation skills and patient satisfaction of undergraduate nursing students in clinical nursing teaching of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Department.[Method]Ninety-six undergraduate nursing students from November 2017 to December 2018 in the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in our hospital were selected as experimental subjects.They were divided into experimental group(PBL teaching method group,n=48)and control group(traditional teaching method group,n=48)by random number table method.The results were assessed by the operation skill assessment and the satisfaction of patients.[Results]The students in the experimental group were superior to those in the control group in both skill operation and satisfaction questionnaire survey(P<0.05).[Conclusion]PBL teaching method is better than traditional teaching method in clinical nursing teaching of acupuncture and moxibustion.It is more conducive to cultivating nursing students’comprehensive practical skills and enhancing their thinking ability.It can be widely promoted in clinical practice.
