采用MRI评价中药治疗早期股骨头缺血性坏死的价值研究

Value of MRI Evaluating Early Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head with Traditional Chinese Medicine

[目的]研究使用MRI技术对中药治疗的早期股骨头缺血坏死患者的诊断价值。[方法]抽选自2017年3月—2019年4月于医院诊治的早期股骨头缺血性坏死患者共计52例进行观察,所有患者都采用中药治疗的方案进行干预,治疗结束后,比较患者MRI的影像学表现,探讨中药治疗效果。[结果]共49例患者治疗有效,且因创伤致病的患者治疗效果更佳,差异在统计学上有意义,P <0. 05。[结论]使用MRI技术评估采用中药治疗的ANFH患者的临床治疗效果价值较大,值得在临床工作中推广应用,同时,因外伤致病的患者使用中药治疗效果更佳。

[Objective]To study the diagnostic value of MRI in the treatment of patients with early avascular necrosis of the femoral head(ANFH).[Methods]A total of 52 patients with early avascular necrosis of the femoral head were enrolled in our hospital from March 2017 to April 2019.All patients were treated with Chinese medicine treatment.After treatment,patients’MRI results were compared and the efffect of the Chinese medicine treatment was discussed.[Results]A total of 49 patients were effective,and the patients with traumatic disease were better treated.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The use of MRI technology to evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of ANFH patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine is of great value and worthy of promotion and application in clinical work.At the same time,the treatment of patients with trauma has better effect.
