针灸配合中药熏洗治疗周围性面瘫急性期及恢复期的临床研究

Clinical Study on Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Fumigation and Washing of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treatment of Peripheral Facial Paralysis in Acute and Convalescent Stages

[目的]研究在周围性面瘫急性期及恢复期患者中使用针灸配合中药熏洗治疗的临床效果。[方法]分析计算对象选为2015年6月—2016年9月期间郴州市中医医院针灸科收治的100例周围性面瘫急性期及恢复期患者,参考随机数字表法对样本分组,每组收入50例患者,参照组开展针刺联合中药口服治疗,试验组开展针灸与中药熏洗配合治疗,比对计算两组患者临床治疗效果。[结果]试验组周围性面瘫急性期及恢复期患者临床治疗有效率、中医症状体征评分、H-B分级评分与参照组数据指标比较,P <0. 05,表明数据指标的统计学验证意义。[结论]将针灸配合中药熏洗治疗应用在周围性面瘫急性期及恢复期患者中有利改善患者临床症状。

[Objective]To study the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Chinese herbal fumigation and washing in patients with peripheral facial paralysis at acute and convalescent stages.]Methods]A total of 100 patients with acute and convalescent peripheral facial paralysis admitted to the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,Chenzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June2015 to September 2016 were selected for analysis and calculation.The samples were grouped according to random number table method.Each group had 50 patients.The control group received acupuncture combined with oral Chinese medicine treatment,and the experimental group received acupuncture and moxibustion.We compared the clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups.[Result]Compared with the data of the control group,the effective rate of clinical treatment,the score of TCM symptoms and signs,the score of H-B grade in the experimental group in the acute and convalescent stage of peripheral facial paralysis were significant(P<0.05),indicating the statistical significance of the data indicators.[Conclusion]Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Chinese herbal fumigation and washing can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with peripheral facial paralysis in the acute and convalescent stages.
