消癌平注射液配合XELOX化疗治疗结直肠癌的临床分析

Xiaoaiping injection combined with XELOX chemotherapy for colorectal cancer

目的分析消癌平注射液直肠给药配合XELOX化疗方案(奥沙利铂+卡培他滨)治疗结直肠癌患者的疗效和安全性。方法 120例结直肠癌患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组按照XELOX化疗方案治疗,观察组同时配合消癌平注射液直肠给药,每次30 min,30 m L/次,1次/d。观察总体疗效、中医证候疗效、Karnofsky(KPS)评分及不良反应。结果观察组中医证候疗效的总有效率高于对照组(83.4%vs65.0%,P=0.011)。治疗后,观察组中医证候评分低于对照组[(6.7±1.3)分vs(8.9±1.6)分,P<0.05],KPS评分高于对照组[(74.8±2.6)分vs(67.2±2.4)分,P<0.05],不良反应发生率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(53.3%vs 58.3%,P=0.812)。结论消癌平注射液直肠给药配合XELOX化疗方案治疗结直肠癌可提高化疗疗效,并未增加不良反应发生率,可提高患者生活质量。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Xiaoaiping injection combined with XELOX chemotherapy( oxaliplatin + capecitabine) for patients with colorectal cancer. Methods One-hundred-and-twenty patients with colorectal cancer were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 60 cases in each group. Control group received XELOX chemotherapy regimen and study group received XELOX chemotherapy combined with Xiaoaiping injection with rectal administration( 30 m L for 30 min,once per day). The overall efficacy,TCM syndrome curative effect,Karnofsky( KPS) performance score and adverse reactions were analyzed. Results The TCM syndrome efficacy of study group was significantly higher than that of control group( 83. 4% vs 65. 0%,χ~2= 12. 912,P = 0. 011). The adverse reaction rates were comparable between two groups( 53. 3% vs 58. 3%,P = 0. 812). Conclusion Xiaoaiping injection with rectal administration combined with XELOX chemotherapy can improve the chemotherapy efficacy and improve the quality of life without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions in patients with colorectal cancer.
