SERCA3在结直肠癌细胞中异常表达及其临床意义

Abnormal expression and clinical significance of SERCA3 in colorectal cancer cells

目的探讨结直肠癌中肌浆网/内质网钙离子转运ATP酶3(sarcoendoplasmic reticulum Ca^(2+) transporting ATPase 3,SERCA3) mRNA的表达与临床病理特征的关系。方法收集40例病理确诊的结直肠癌腺癌组织及其癌旁正常组织标本。采用实时RT-PCR检测SERCA3 mRNA表达,分析其与患者临床病理特征的关系。结果结直肠癌标本中SERCA3 mRNA表达较癌旁正常组织低(P<0.05)。结直肠癌SERCA3 mRNA水平在淋巴结转移和TNM分期方面比较,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论结直肠癌组织中SERCA3的异常表达与结直肠癌淋巴结转移和TNM分期密切相关。

Objective To investigate the mRNA expression of sarcoendoplasmic reticulum Ca2+transporting ATPase 3(SERCA3)in colorectal cancer and its relationship with the clinicopathological features of the disease.Methods The specimens of 40 patients with pathologically confirmed colorectal cancer and adjacent normal tissue were collected.The expression of SERCA3 mRNA was detected by real-time RT-PCR,and its relationship with the clinicopathological features of the patients were further analyzed.Results The expression of SERCA3 mRNA in colorectal cancer specimens was significantly lower than adjacent normal tissue(P<0.05).Moreover,the mRNA level of SERCA3 was significantly related to lymph node metastasis and TNM staging(both P<0.05).Conclusion The abnormal expression of SERCA3 in colorectal cancer is closely related to the lymph node metastasis and TNM staging of the disease.
