摘要
聘用外籍教师是智力引进工作的组成部分。目前高校聘用的外籍教师教学水平有待提高 ,有关管理工作没有完全到位。文章就此分析了原因 ,提出了建议。
It is a part of the work of intelligence import to hire teachers of foreign nationality. The teaching standard / efficiency of those teachers needs improving in many colleges and universities. Some related management is still lacking. The causes for these problems and the suggestions to overcome them were analyzed in the article.
