莲子的贮藏技术 被引量:3

摘要 莲子是我县的传统特产,年产量在5000吨左右,是我国最主要的莲子生产基地。过去主要供应外贸出口,以贮藏壳莲、销售肉莲为主。莲壳质地坚硬,防水防虫力强,贮藏稳定性好,即使贮藏两三年,对莲肉品质也无多大影响。近几年来,国内市场日益扩大,而壳莲难到销地分散加工,已加工的肉莲、开边莲、通心莲长期贮藏又十分困难,以致造成产地不敢大量加工、销地不敢大量购进的局面。为了解决这一问题,我们在湖南省供销社科教处、湖南省农学院、湘潭市、县科委的支持下,进行了莲子贮藏保鲜试验,经过两年探索,取得了基本成功。
