糖尿病足患者联合采用银离子油纱敷料与高锰酸钾溶液治疗的有效性评价

Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Silver Gauze Dressing and Potassium Permanganate Solution in the Treatment of Diabetic Foot Patients

目的探讨对糖尿病足患者实施治疗时联合采用银离子油纱敷料与高锰酸钾溶液的有效性。方法将在该院接受治疗的70例糖尿病足患者分成两个组,一组给予银离子油纱敷料与高锰酸钾钾溶液治疗(分析组,35例),一组给予常规换药法治疗(对比组,35例),对比两组治疗有效性。结果分析组肉芽出现时间、创面愈合的时间明显较对比组短,伤口腐肉清除率明显较对比组高,分析组脓性分泌物、肉芽组织出现率明显较对比组低,且分析组病原菌阳性率明显较低(P<0.05),两组不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论将银离子油纱敷料与高锰酸钾溶液应用在糖尿病组治疗中效果优越。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of the treatment of diabetic foot patients when combined with silver ion gauze dressing and Potassium Permanganate solution.Methods 70 cases of diabetic foot patients treated in our hospital were divided into two groups,one group received silver ion gauze dressing and potassium solution treatment(Potassium Permanganate analysis group,35 a group of cases) given conventional treatment,treatment(35 cases control group),the effectiveness ratio of treatment in the two groups.Results The analysis time of group granulation,wound healing time was significantly shorter compared with the control group,the wound surface clearance was significandy compared with the control group,group of purulent secretions,granulation tissue appeared significantly compared with the control group,The positive rate of pathogenic bacteria and analysis group was significantly lower(P <0.05),there were no significant differences in rates between two groups of adverse reaction,(P > 0.05).Conclusion The silver ion gauze dressing and Potassium Permanganate solution application effect in the diabetes group in the treatment of superior,not only can effectively control wound infection but,does not appear obvious adverse reactions,is recommended.
