动力髋螺钉(DHS)治疗外侧壁完整的股骨粗隆间骨折疗效分析

Dynamic Hip screw (DHS) for External Wall Full of Intertrochanteric Fractures Curative Effect Analysis

目的对动力髋螺钉(DHS)在外侧壁完整的股骨粗隆间骨折患者的治疗疗效予以探讨。方法随机选取该院2叭5年9月—2016年9月间收治的外侧壁完整的股骨粗隆间骨折患者40例,对这些患者采用DHS进行治疗,通过开展回顾性分析,并对患者进行随访。结果这40例患者手术后有良好的治疗效果,并没有出现下肢外旋、髋内翻、短缩畸形病情,患髋关节的功能优良率是95.0%。结论通过DHS治疗外侧壁完整的股骨粗隆间骨折患者,其固定疗效良好,是患者的理想选择,值得在临床推广。

Objective Of dynamic hip screw(DHS) and outer wall full of the treatment of patients with intertrochanteric fracture curative effect to be discussed.Methods Randomly selected from our hospital between September 2015 and September 2016 were between the outer wall of full of 40 patients with intertrochanteric fractures,and treatment of these patients with DHS,by conducting were retrospectively analyzed,and the patients were followed up.Results The operation has good treatment effect,40 patients did not appear lower limb extorsion,hip varus,shortening deformation condition,the function of hip joint fine rate was 95.0%.Conclusion through the DHS treatment wall full of intertrochanteric fracture patients,the fixed effect is good,is the ideal choice for patients,is worth popularizing in clinical.
