空心拉力螺钉结合钢丝张力带用于治疗髌骨骨折患者的临床疗效观察

目的探究空心拉力螺钉结合钢丝张力带用于治疗髌骨骨折患者的临床疗效。方法将84例髌骨骨折患者作为研究对象,并分为研究组和对照组各42例。结果研究组患者完全愈合时间和住院时间显著少于对照组,优良率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组随访后的评分结果显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论空心拉力螺钉结合钢丝张力带用于治疗髌骨骨折患者的临床疗效显著,有效改善患者功能障碍,值得临床推广运用。

Objective To explore the cannulated screws combined with wire tension band for treatment of patellar fractures in patients with clinical efficacy.Methods 84 cases of patellar fracture patients as the research object,and divided into study group and control group with 42 cases in each group.Results The study group of patients with complete healing time and hospitalization time was significantly less than the control group,excellent the rate was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);the study group were followed up after the scores were significantly lower than the control group,there were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cannulated screws combined with wire tension band for the treatment of patella fracture with significant clinical curative effect of the patients,improve patient function,valueThe clinical application
