产前健康教育对产褥期保健依从性的影响观察

Observation of the Effeet of Antenatal Health Education on the Compliance of Puerperal Care

目的探究实施产前健康教育对于产妇产褥期保健依从性的影响。方法针对40名进行产前健康教育的产妇归为观察组,针对另外40名未进行产前健康教育的产妇归为对照组,两组产妇均为该院2015年6月—2016年10月间收治。结果观察发现观察组产妇针对健康知识的掌握情况明显较好,同时观察组产妇针对各项检查配合率更高,其组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组母体并发症情况相对较少,同时观察组胎儿损害情况少于对照组,其组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产前健康教育对产褥期保健依从性的影响观察发现,其能够帮助产妇提高正确认知水平,从而提高其保健依从性,对于产妇及新生儿临床预后均具有积极作用,因此值得临床借鉴。

Objective To explore the effect of prenatal health education for puerperal women health care compliance.Methods in 40 cases of prenatal health education were classified as observation group,the other 40 patients without prenatal health education were classified as the control group,two groups of pregnant women were in our hospital from October 2016 to June 2015.Results the observation showed that the observation group in maternal health knowledge was significantly better,while the observation group for examination combined with a higher rate,the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05) showed obvious differences.The observation group maternal complication situation is relatively small,the observation group of fetal damage at the same time The situation is less than the difference,the comparison between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion the effect of prenatal health education on puerperium compliance was observed,which can help to improve the level of maternal cognition correctly,so as to improve the compliance of health care,has positive effect on maternal neonatal clinical prognosis,it is worthy of reference.
