自拟益气养阴活血汤联合美吡达治疗糖尿病的疗效观察

To Observe the Curative effect of Yiqiyangyinhuoxue Decoction Combined with Glipizide in the Treatment of Diabetes

目的研究自拟益气养阴活血汤联合美吡达治疗糖尿病的疗效。方法选取该院2015年1月—2016年2月收治的86例糖尿病患者为研究对象,分为两组,对照组患者单独采用美吡达进行治疗,观察组患者采用自拟益气养阴活血汤联合美吡达进行治疗,对比两组临床治疗效果。结果对照组患者的临床治疗总有效率为69.77%,显著低于观察组患者的95.35%;相对于治疗前,两组患者治疗后的糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖以及空腹血糖水平均显著下降,并且观察组显著优于对照组。结论自拟益气养阴活血汤联合美吡达治疗糖尿病的疗效显著,在临床上值得广泛推广。

Objective To study the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Decoction Combined with Glipizide in the treatment of diabetes.Methods 86 cases of diabetic patients from January 2015 to February 2016 as the research object,divided into two groups,patients in the control group were treated with Glipizide alone,the observation group were treated with Yiqiyangyinhuoxue decoction combined with Glipizide treatment.Comparison of clinical therapeutic effect of two groups.Results the clinical patients in the treatment group,the total effective rate was 69.77%,compared to the observed95.35%groups of patients were significantly lower than before treatment;glycosylated hemoglobin of two groups after treatment,2 h after the meal Blood glucose and fasting blood glucose decreased significantly.The average water and the observation group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion the curative effect of Yiqiyangyinhuoxue decoction combined with Glipizide in the treatment of diabetes is significant,it is worth in clinical widely.
