干扰素联合炎琥宁治疗小儿手足口病的临床效果探讨

The Clinical Effect of the Treatment of Children's Foot-and-mouth Disease was Discussed by the Combination of Interferon

目的对小儿手足口病实施干扰素联合炎琥宁治疗的临床效果进行探讨。方法选取84例小儿手足口病患儿随机分成两组,各42例;对照组给予干扰素治疗,观察组给予干扰素联合炎琥宁治疗,比较探讨两组临床治疗效果。结果在治疗总有效率上,观察组为95.24%,明显要比对照组的71.43%高(P<0.05)。从退热时间、疱疹消失时间、口腔溃疡愈合时间3项指标来看,观察组均快于对照组(P<0.05);而观察组的住院时间则显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在临床中,干扰素联合炎琥宁治疗小儿手足口病具备明显的疗效,具备推广及应用的价值。

Objective The implementation of the clinical effect of interferon combined with Yanhuning treatment of children with HFMD were discussed.Methods A total of 84 cases of children with HFMD were randomly divided into two groups,42 cases in each;the control group was given interferon treatment,the observation group was given interferon combined with Yanhuning treatment,compare the clinical curative effect of the two groups.Results The total efficiency of treatment,the observation group was 95.24%,significantly higher than in the control group 71.43%(P<0.05).From the time of fever,herpes disappear time,three indicators of oral ulcer healing time,the observation group were shorter than control group(P<0.05);and the hospitalization time of observation group were significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinic,interferon combined with Yanhuning treatment of children with HFMD has obvious curative effect,with the popularization and application value.
