四肢粉碎性骨折应用外固定架固定联合髓腔内异体骨支撑治疗的可行性探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析探讨四肢粉碎性骨折应用外固定架固定联合髓腔内异体骨支撑治疗的可行性。方法选取92例2011年1月—2015年12月期间因四肢粉碎性骨折到该院进行医治的患者为研究对象,均予以应用外固定架固定联合髓腔内异体骨支撑治疗。观察患者的患肢关节功能恢复优秀率、并发症发生率以及骨折愈合时间。结果手术治疗后,所有患者均得到有效治疗,患肢关节功能恢复优秀率为85.87%,骨折愈合时间为(87.12±3.65)d,并发症发生率为5.43%。恢复效果较好。结论四肢粉碎性骨折应用外固定架固定联合髓腔内异体骨支撑治疗的可行性较强,治疗效果显著,有助于患者术后的快速恢复,患者恢复情况良好,能叫好的减轻患者痛苦,提高患者生活质量。值得临床推广运用。 Objective To explore the application of comminuted fractures of the limbs of external fixator combined with intramedullary bone supporting the feasibility of treatment.Methods 92 cases of-2015 January 2011 December period for comminuted fractures of the limbs to our hospital for treatment of patients as the research object,were given to the application of external fixator combined with intramedullary allograft bone support treatment.Observe the patient's recovery of elbow joint function excellent rate,complication rate and fracture healing time.Results After surgical treatment,all patients received effective treatment,the excellent rate of recovery of elbow joint function was 85.87%,the fracture healing time was(87.12±3.65)days,the complication rate was 5.43%.Conclusion The recovery effect of comminuted fractures of the limbs using external fixator combined with intramedullary bone support treatment is feasible,remarkable curative effect,fast recovery is helpful to postoperative recovery of patients,good,good to alleviate the pain of patients,to improve the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
