骨科创伤感染VSD治疗的临床疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy Analysis of Orthopedic Trauma Infection in VSD Therapy

目的分析骨科创伤感染VSD治疗的临床疗效。方法选取该院2015年1月—2016年1月收治的60例骨科创伤感染患者,随机分为VSD组和常规组,各30例,常规组患者实施常规换药治疗,观察组患者VSD换药治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果 VSD组患者术后愈合时间优于常规组,VSD组骨科创伤感染的治疗效果好于常规组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。讨论对骨科创伤感染患者采用VSD换药治疗,并在治疗过程中配合相应护理,可明显提高患者的治疗效果,对患者早日康复具有重要意义。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of VSD treatment in the Department of orthopedics trauma infection.Methods 60 cases of trauma department of orthopedics in our hospital in January 2015 to January 2016 were infected patients were randomly divided into VSD group and control group,each of 30 cases,the implementation of conventional dressing therapy for patients in the conventional group,patients in the observation group VSD dressing treatment,were compared between the two groups the effect of treatment.Results The healing time is better than the conventional group VSD group patients,VSD group of Department of orthopedics trauma infection curative effect is better than the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion to adopt VSD dressing to treat the infection of patients in Department of orthopedics and trauma.In the course of treatment with the appropriate care,can significantly improve the treatment effect of patients,the early recovery of patients is of great significance
