认知行为综合干预对精神分裂症患者的康复作用

The Combination of Cognitive Behavioral Interventions on the Recovery of Schizophrenia Patients

目的探讨认知行为综合干预对精神分裂症患者的康复作用。方法选取2016年患有精神分裂症患者,对照组的患者采用常规药物治疗及干预,观察组的患者在此基础上给予认知行为综合干预。结果:观察组的患者有更好的康复效果。观察组与对照组的对比结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规药物治疗及干预基础上加用认知行为综合干预能够明显提高精神分裂症患者的生活质量,促进患者的康复,安全可靠且有效,值得在临床上广泛应用。

Objective To explore the effect of cognitive behavioral intervention on the rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia.Methods Patients with schizophrenia in 2016 were selected,and the patients in the control group were treated with conventional drugs and intervention.Results The patients in the observation group had better rehabilitation effect.The difference between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the conventional drug treatment and intervention based on the use of cognitive behavioral intervention can significantly improve the life quality of schizophrenia patients,promote the rehabilitation of patients,safe and effective,it is worthy of clinical application.
