自拟化瘀消炎汤联合头孢曲松治疗慢性盆腔炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Chironic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease with Self Made Huayu Antiphlogistic Decoction Combined with Ceftriaxone

目的探讨自拟化瘀消炎汤联合头孢曲松治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法此次收集了该院2年内收治的慢性盆腔炎患者80例作为研究对象,将患者随机分组后为对照组40例患者用西药(头孢曲松)治疗,而为观察组40例患者用中西药结合(自拟化瘀消炎汤联合头孢曲松)治疗;比较两组患者各项实验数据。结果观察组患者治疗后临床症状与体征评分、C型反应性蛋白情况均优于对照组,观察组临床治疗效果(95.0%)优于对照组(77.5%),观察组患者用药后不良反应发生率(10.0%)低于对照组(42.5%),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论选择自拟化瘀消炎汤联合头孢曲松治疗慢性盆腔炎,可快速改善患者的临床症状,临床治疗效果佳,值得临床上广泛用于治疗慢性盆腔炎患者。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of self-made Huayu Decoction Combined with anti-inflammatory of Qu Song in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods The collected in our hospital within 2 years from the chronic pelvic inflammation in 80 patients as the research object,the patients were randomly grouped into control group of 40 patients with Western Medicine ceftriaxone for treatment.The observation group of 40 patients with the combination of Chinese and Western Medicine(blood stasis and antiphlogistic decoction combined with ceftazidime treatment;ceftriaxone were compared between the two groups of the experimental data.Results The patients after treatment of clinical symptoms and signs were observed,the situation of reactive protein in type C were better than the control group,the clinical effect of the treatment group(95%) is better than that of the Control group(77.5%).The patients in the observation group incidence of adverse drug reactions(10%) than in the control group(42.5%),the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The blood stasis and antiphlogistic decoction combined with ceftriaxone in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,clinical symptoms can quickly improve the patient's clinical curative effect good,it is widely used in clinical treatment of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.
