护理干预对预防下肢骨折术后深静脉血栓形成的效果

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Prevention of Deep Vein Thrombosis After Lower Limb Fracture

目的分析对下肢骨折患者术后实施护理干预对于深静脉血栓形成的预防效果。方法随机选择2015年1月—2016年12月在该院接受治疗的下肢骨折患者84例参与研究,随机平均分成两组,对照组在术后对患者实施常规护理干预,观察组在术后对患者实施综合护理干预,比较两组术后恢复情况以及深静脉血栓形成发生情况。结果观察组术后下肢深静脉血栓形成率为4.76%,对照组19.05%;观察组术后首次下床时间以及住院时间均短于对照组;观察组患者对护理的满意度为92.86%,对照组71.43%。结论下肢骨折术后实施综合护理干预能够更有效预防深静脉血栓形成,促进患者更迅速恢复,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the patients of lower limb fracture after the implementation of the preventive effect of nursing intervention for deep venous thrombosis.Methods Randomly selected in January 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital for treatment of lower extremity fractures in 84 patients participated in the study,were randomly divided into 2groups,the control group in postoperative patients with routine nursing intervention.The observation group in postoperative patients with comprehensive nursing intervention,two groups were compared.The occurrence of the formation of complex and deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis.Results The patients in the observation group formation rate was 4.76%and 19.05%in the control group;the patients in the observation group for the first time,ambulation time and hospitalization time were shorter than the control group;the observation group of patients satisfaction with nursing was 92.86%,the control group 71.43%.Conclusion Can be more effective prevention of deep venous thrombosis of the comprehensive nursing intervention after lower limb fracture surgery patients,promote more rapid recovery,worthy of promotion.
