整体护理结合孕期保健对提高产科护理质量的影响分析

Holistic Nursing Combined with Prenatal care to Improve the Quality of Obstetric care Impact Analysis

目的分析整体护理结合孕期保健对提高产科护理质量的影响。方法采用数字随机的方法,把2016年11月—2017年1月该院产科收治的产妇160例划分为两组(对照组=80例,给予常规护理方法;研究组=80例,给予整体护理结合孕期保健指导),并对最终的护理效果进行分析和对比。结果不管是在自然分娩率还是在并发症发生率方面,研究组的情况均要比对照组优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整体护理结合孕期保健在产科中具有极高的应用价值,有利于提高产科护理质量,值得大力推广。

Objective To analyze the overall nursing combined with prenatal care to improve the quality of obstetric care.Methods Adopt the method of digital random,in November 2016 to January 2017 at the records of 160 cases of maternal hospital maternity is divided into two groups,[control group given routine nursing(80 cases)study group given guide overall nursing combined with pregnancy care(80 case)],and the care of the final effect is analyzed and compared.Results Both in natural births and in terms of complications,the situation of the research team was superior than the control group(P < 0.05),with statistical significance.Condution The overall nursing combined with pregnancy care has high application value in obstetrics,is beneficial to improve the quality of obstetric care,is worth promoting.
