钙剂联合阿法骨化醇治疗绝经后妇女骨质疏松的临床分析

Calcium Supplements Sombined afar Calciferol Clinical Analysis for the Treatment of Postmenopausal Osteoporosis

目的研究钙剂联合阿法骨化醇治疗绝经后妇女骨质疏松的临床效果。方法选取该院2016年8月—2017年1月收治的100例绝经后妇女骨质疏松患者为研究对象,将其分为两组,对照组患者单独采用钙剂进行治疗,观察组患者联合应用钙剂和阿法骨化醇进行治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果相对于治疗前,两组患者治疗后的血清TNF-a、IL-6、腰椎侧位(L2-4)BMD、BMD水平均在一定程度上得到改善,并且观察组显著优于对照组;观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率为96.00%,显著高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。

Objective to study the calcium supplements combined afar calciferol clinical effect for the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis.Methods From August 2016 to January 2017 were 100 patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis as the research object,it can be divided into two groups,control group patients with single treatment with calcium supplements,and observation group of patients with combined use of calcium supplements and afar calciferol treatment,compared two groups of clinical curative effect.Results Compared with before treatment and after treatment in both groups of serum TNF-a,IL-6,lumbar lateral position(L2-4) BMD,BMD level are improved to some extent,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group;Observation group of patients with clinical treatment the total effective rate was 96.00%,significandy higher than that of control group 80.00%(P < 0.05).Conclusion Calcium supplements combined afar calciferol treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis clinical effect is remarkable,is worth popularizing widely in clinic.
