补充维生素D对大鼠骨性关节炎模型软骨的影响

摘要 目的通过肉眼及HE染色后光镜观察结果,评估补充维生素D对骨关节炎(OA)的保护作用。方法 15~20周龄的Wistar大鼠30只,随机分为3组,每组10只,分别为对照组(CTL组),实验组NV组、SV组。取健康的大鼠膝关节软骨(对照组)和实验组OA大鼠膝关节软骨,肉眼大体观察关节面软骨并进行Pelletier Jp评分及Mankin评分。结果 NV组相比SV组关节滑膜充血、水肿,并伴有不同程度的增生,关节液浑浊,软骨外观失去原有光泽,表面粗糙,软骨完整性遭破坏,股骨髁软骨损害程度较SV组增大。 Objective To observe the light mirror by the naked eye and HE staining,assessment of vitamin D supplementation on osteoarthritis(OA) in rats.Methods Wistar 15-20 rats 30 weeks old,were randomly divided into 3 groups,10 rats in each group,including control group(CTL group),experimental group NV group.SV group.From healthy articular cartilage of rats(control group) and experimental group OA rat articular cartilage,articular cartilage gross observation and Pelletier Jp score and Mankin score.Results NV group compared with SV group synovial hyperemia,edema,and accompanied by With the degree of hyperplasia,synovial fluid turbidity,cartilage lose luster,surface roughness,cartilage integrity destruction of femoral condyle cartilage damage was bigger than that of group SV.Conclusion In the process of OA development in the period of vitamin D for cartilage injury has a protective effect
