摘要
目的探讨负重X线侧位片在踝关节骨折畸形愈合复位评估中的价值。方法随机抽取2014年12月-2016年12月在该院治疗踝关节骨折的患者60例进行回顾性分析,复位后无关节疼痛的34例患者为对照组,复位后有关节疼痛的26例患者为观察组,比较两组负重X线侧位片的L值。观察组进行重建手术,降低L值,对比术前术后的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的L值明显比对照组患者高(P<0.05);观察组患者完成手术后VAS评分较术前明显降低,AOFAS评分较术前明显升高(P<0.05)。结论负重X线侧位片在踝关节骨折畸形愈合复位评估中的具有较高的应用价值,值得推广。
Objective To explore the value of the weight-bearing X-ray in the evaluation of the malformation of ankle fractures.Methods Randomly in December 2014-December 2016 in our hospital treatment of ankle fractures in patients with 60 cases were analyzed retrospectively,reset after 34 patients as control group without joint pain,reset after the joint pain of 26 patients as observation group,compared two groups of L value of the load lateral X-ray slice.The observation group performed reconstruction surgery to reduce the value of L,compared to the treatment before surgery.Results The L value of the observed group was significantly higher than the control group(P < 0.05).The VAS scores were significantly lower than before the operation and the AOFAS score was significantly higher than before the operation(P<0.05).Conclusion the value of the high application value in the evaluation of the fracture of the ankle fractures with the weight X line is worth promoting.
