老年患者下肢深静脉血栓的超声诊断价值

Ultrasonic Diagnostic Value of Deep vein Thrombosis in Elderly Patients

目的探讨超声检查对老年下肢深静脉血栓的诊断效果。方法回顾性分析90例老年下肢深静脉血栓患者临床资料,记录其超声检查结果,并将其与病理确诊情况进行对比,两组数据输入统计学软件后实施相应检验并得出结论。结果 90例老年下肢深静脉血栓患者均顺利完成超声检查及外科手术治疗,经对比可知超声检查对其病情检出率(91.11%)与病理诊断结果(100.00%)对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);90例老年下肢深静脉血栓患者发病部位中,以胫后静脉所占比例最高(51.11%),其他发病部位还包括胫前静脉、胭静脉、股浅静脉、股深静脉等。结论应用超声检查对老年患者下肢深静脉血栓具有较为理想的检出效果,有利于及时检出老年患者下肢深静脉血栓病情并为其提供合适的治疗方案。

Objective To investigate the effect of ultrasound on diagnosis of senile lower extremity deep venous thrombosis.Methods A retrospective analysis of 90 cases of elderly patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in patients with clinical data,record the ultrasound examination results,and compared with the pathological diagnosis,two groups of data input and implement corresponding test statistics software and draw Conclusions.Results 90 cases of elderly patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis were successfully performed ultrasound examination and surgical treatment,by contrast ultrasonography of the disease detection rate(91.11%) and the results of pathological diagnosis(100.00%) and there was no significant difference between(P>0.05);90 cases of oldIn patients with deep venous thrombosis incidence,with posterior tibial vein had the highest proportion(51.11%),other sites include the anterior tibial vein,popliteal vein,superficial femoral vein,deep femoral vein.Conclusion The application of ultrasound detection has a more ideal effect on elderly patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis,a conducive to the timely detection of elderly patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis patients and provide appropriate treatment for them.
