摘要
目的分析髋关节置换手术患者运用术中护理对下肢深静脉血栓形成所带来的影响。方法选取该院从2015年11月—2016年11月收收治髋关节置换手术80例患者,将患者平均分为研究组和对照组,研究组采用术中护理,而对照组则采用一般护理,对比两组患者的凝血和下肢深静脉血栓的形成情况。结果研究组的情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论髋关节置换手术患者运用术中护理,使得患者下肢深静脉血栓的形成得到抑制,此时方法值得运用和推广。
Objective to analyze the effect of hip replacement surgery with intraoperative nursing brought about deep venous thrombosis.Methods In our hospital from November 2015 to November 2016 for all hip replacement surgery in 80 patients,the patients were divided into study group and control group,study group received preoperative nursing,and the control group the formation of general nursing,compared two groups of patients with blood coagulation and deep venous thrombosis.Results The study group was superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hip replacement surgery in patients with preoperative nursing,the patients with lower extremity deep venous bloodThe formation of the plug is inhibited,and the method is worth using and popularizing
