下肢骨折患者行交锁髓内钉早期动力化治疗的临床效果

Early Patients with Fracture of Lower Limb in Interlocking Intramedullary Nails Motorization Clinical Effect of Treatment

目的观察在下肢骨折患者中行交锁髓内钉早期动力化治疗的临床效果。方法选择2016年2月—2017年2月该院收治的下肢骨折患者72例,分为两组,对照组行常规治疗,研究组行交锁髓内钉早期动力化治疗,对比两组治疗后的疗效。结果研究组治疗以后的临床愈合时间、骨性愈合的时间、并发症发生率及优良率均与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论下肢骨折患者中行交锁髓内钉早期动力化治疗的临床效果显著,可推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of early dynamic treatment of intramedullary nailing in patients with lower limb fracture.Methods In February 2016 to February 2017,our hospital 72 cases of lower limb fracture patients,divided into two groups,control group routine treatment,the team in early motorization interlocking intramedullary nail treatment,compared the efficacy of the two groups after treatment.Results The group after treatment of clinical healing time,osseous healing time,incidence of complications and was significant difference compared with controls(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of early dynamic treatment of intramedullary nailing in patients with lower limb fracture is significant and can be promoted.
