探析复方樟柳碱针结合康复训练治疗外伤性动眼神经麻痹的疗效

To Evaluate the Efficacy of Compound Anisodine Injection Combined with Rehabilitation Training in the Treatment of Traumatic Oculomotor Nerve palsy

目的对外伤性动眼神经麻痹中复方樟柳碱、康复训练的联合应用效果进行探讨。方法分78例外伤性动眼神经麻痹患者为2组,36例接受复方樟柳碱治疗为单药组,42例接受复方樟柳碱针治疗的同时展开康复训练为结合组,对照两组效果。结果结合组治疗总有效率为97.6%,与单药组的77.8%对照明显较高,且结合组治疗后瞳孔的直径、睑裂的高度、眼球运动与复视评分改善程度均明显较单药组优越(P<0.05)。结论在外伤性动眼神经麻痹治疗中,给予复方樟柳碱治疗的同时,展开康复训练,可使疗效提升。

Objective Compound Anisodine traumatic oculomotor nerve palsy,combined with rehabilitation training effect were discussed.Methods 78 cases of traumatic oculomotor nerve palsy were divided into 2 groups,36 patients received compound anisodine as monotherapy group,42 cases received compound anisodine treatment of needle rehabilitation training for the combined group,the control effect of the two groups.Results Combined treatment group total effective rate was 97.6%,significantly higher compared with the single drug group 77.8%,and combined with the diameter of the pupil group after treatment,palpebral fissure height,eye movement and diplopia score improvement was significantly superior than single drug group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of traumatic oculomotor nerve paralysis,the treatment of compound anisodine should be carried out at the same time.Rehabilitation training can improve the curative effect.
