摘要 目的分析并观察食物过敏性哮喘的临床表现与致敏原因。方法选取该院2016年1—6月收治的56例患者作为该次研究对象,回顾性分析患者的一般临床资料,分析患者的临床表现。对患者进行皮内试验、食物激发实验,探讨食物过敏性哮喘的殖民食物种类,总结食物过敏性哮喘过敏食物种类。结果 56例食物过敏性哮喘的临床表现主要合并症有:皮疹42例,皮肤瘙痒31例;血管性水肿21例,腹泻20例,呕吐17例,咽痒16例,腹痛13例,其他23例。通过对患者进行食物激发试验,56例食物过敏性哮喘患者的过敏食物较为复杂,其中约半数以上有2种致敏食物,最常见的致敏食物是多油脂类植物果实,其次是蛋白质类动物食品、葱蒜、水果。结论分析食物过敏性哮喘患者的过敏食物类型,可做好对食物过敏性哮喘的预防工作,通过避免进食相关食物,减少食物过敏性哮喘的发病次数。 Objective To analyze and observe the food allergic sensitization to clinical manifestation and cause of asthma.Selection Methods From January to June 2016,56 patients as the research object,the general clinical data of patients were retrospectively analyzed,analysis of patients with clinical manifestations.lntradermal test carried out on the patient,food excitation experiment,discusses the colonial foods food allergic asthma,summarizes the food allergic asthma allergic foods.Results The clinical manifestations of 56 cases of food allergic asthma main complications are rash and 42 cases,itchy skin 31 cases;Angioedema 21 cases,20 cases of diarrhea,vomiting,17 cases of pharyngeal itching in 16 cases,13 cases of abdominal pain,other 23 patients.Through food challenge tests are carried out on the patients,56 cases of food allergies allergic asthma is relatively complex,of which about half,there are two sensitization food sensitization of the most common food is more grease plant fruits,second is a kind of animal protein food,onion garlic,fruit.Conclusion Analysis of food types of food allergies,allergic asthma can do a good job for food allergic asthma prevention,by avoiding eating food,reduced the number of food allergic asthma.
