探讨下肢动脉硬化闭塞症经前列地尔联合血栓通治疗的临床疗效

Study of Lower Extremity Arterial Occlusive Disease by Alprostadil Combined with Xueshuantong Treatment Clinical Curative Effect

目的分析下肢动脉硬化闭塞症采用前列地尔联合血栓通治疗的临床疗效。方法选择2015年3月—2017年3月该院收治的下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者69例,分为两组,对照组采用前列地尔治疗,研究组采用前列地尔联合血栓通治疗,对比两组治疗价值。结果研究组治疗后的ABI、最大行走距离、TBI与总有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论下肢动脉硬化闭塞症采用前列地尔联合血栓通治疗的疗效显著,可推广。

Objective to analyze the clinical effect of the joint thrombosis of the lower limb arteriosclerosis.Methods Choose between March 2015 and March 2017 of our hospital,69 patients with lower limb arteriosclerosis occlusion disorder,divided into two groups,control group adopts the forefront to treatment,team leading to joint thrombosis through treatment,compared two groups of therapeutic value.Results The ABI,maximum walking distance,TBI and total efficiency were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of arteriosclerosis in lower extremity arteriosclerosis is significant and can be promoted.
