摘要
目的分析术后康复护理指导对行PKP术骨质疏松性脊柱多发骨折患者康复的作用。方法对50例该院2016年2月—2017年3月期间收治的PKP术骨质疏松性脊柱多发骨折患者进行研究,按照随机数字法分组,实验组与对照组各25例。对照组给予常规护理,而实验组则给予术后康复护理指导,对比两组护理效果。结果实验组住院时间、疼痛缓解时间和恢复正常生活时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05);且实验组的VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论术后康复护理指导对行PKP术骨质疏松性脊柱多发骨折患者康复的作用显著,可促进患者恢复健康,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the postoperative rehabilitation nursing guide line of PKP holds the osteoporotic spine multiple fracture patient rehabilitation.Methods 50 cases of our hospital from February 2016 to March 2017 admitted during the period of PKP holds technique to study the patients with osteoporotic spinal multiple fractures,according to the method of random number group,experimental group and control group(n=25).Control group given routine care,while the experimental group were given postoperative rehabilitation nursing instruction,compared two groups of nursing effect.Results The length of hospital stay,pain relief and resume normal life time significandy less than the control group(P<0.05);And the experimental VAS score lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Postoperative rehabilitation nursing guide line of PKP holds the osteoporotic spine multiple fractures in patients with rehabilitation effect significantly,can promote patients back to health,is worth promoting.
