中药足浴与药灸治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的疗效观察

Observation of Moxibustion Therapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine Foot Bath of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease in Stable Period

目的探讨中药足浴与药灸治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的疗效观察。方法选取该院2015年12月—2016年12月收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中80例作为研究对象,随机分对照组与研究组,每组患者40例。对照组患者使用常规治疗方法,研究组患者在常规治疗基础上使用中药足浴和药灸治疗方法。对比两组患者治疗效果及治疗前后患者肺功能相关指标变化情况。结果研究组患者治疗后,治疗效果显著优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前后肺功能相关指标都有明显改善,研究组患者肺功能指标改善显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论慢性阻塞性肺疾病临床治疗中,使用中药足浴和药灸治疗,对患者肺功能相关指标改善效果明显,临床治疗效果好,应当在临床治疗中广泛推广及应用。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of foot bath and herbal moxibustion on stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) Methods Select patients in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in 80 cases as the research object,randomly divided into control group and study group,there were 40 cases in each group.The control group of patients with routine treatment,study group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine foot bath and moxibustion treatment on the basis of routine treatment.The changes of correlation the index of lung function in patients before and after treatment were compared between two groups and the effect of treatment.Results The study group patients after treatment,the treatment effect was significantly better than patients in the control group,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);two groups of patients before and after treatment related indexes of lung function were improved obviously.The study group of patients with lung function index improved significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,the use of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath and moxibustion treatment and related indicators to improve the pulmonary function of patients with obvious effect,good clinical therapeutic effect in the clinical treatment,should be widely promotion and application.
