延伸护理在产后康复护理中的应用效果探讨

Piscussion on Application Effect of Extended Nursing in Postpartun Rehabilitation Nursing

目的探究延续护理在产后康复护理中的应用效果。方法将2015年3月—2016年6月于该院分娩的产妇110名纳入研究,采用盲选法将其分为两组,对照组55名给予常规产后康复护理,观察组55名在此基础上实施延续护理,对比两组母婴健康状况。结果在母乳喂养困难、乳汁分泌不足、不适应母亲角色、家人态度冷淡、婴儿腹泻便秘等不良事件的发生率上,观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在产后康复护理中施行延续护理,能够有效提高产妇对于产后健康及新生儿养育知识的了解程度,因此值得推广及使用。

Objective Explore the effect of continuing nursing care in postpartum rehabilitation nursing.Methods From March 2015 to June 2016 in our hospital 110 cases of maternal were included in the study,the blind will be divided into two groups,55 cases in control group were given routine postpartum rehabilitation nursing,the observation group of 55 cases on the basis of nursing care,compared two groups of maternal and child health.Results In breastfeeding difficulties,lack of milk secretion,can not adapt to the role of mother,family apathy,infantile diarrhea,constipation and other adverse event rate,the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the postpartum rehabilitation nursing in the implementation of continuing nursing care,can effectively improve the maternal and neonatal health knowledge for postpartum parenting knowledge,so it is worthy of promotion and use.
