摘要
目的观察心脏外科手术护理中采刚快速康复外科理念的临床效果。方法选择2016年4月—2017年4月来该院行心脏外科手术的患者80例作为研究对象,遵循随机分组基本原则,分为观察组、对照组,对照组实行常规护理,观察组实行快速康复外科理念,比对两组患者术后临床指标。结果观察组术后临床指标均优于对照组,数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心脏外科手术护理中采用快速康复外科理念的效果较为突出,可推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery in cardiac surgery.Methods Eighty patients from cardiac surgery in our hospital from Apil 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the subjects.According to the basic principle of random grouping,the patients were divided into observation group,control group and control group.Routine nursing group was adopted.Rapid rehabilitation of surgical concepts,compared to the two groups of patients after surgery clinical indicators.Results The clinical indexes of the observation group were better than the control group,the data were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion The effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery in cardiac surgery is more prominent and can be generalized.
